Acceptance of Terms

Eligibility

- Pricing: All prices are listed in Barbados dollars BBD and exclusive of applicable taxes (e.g., VAT).

- Order Confirmation: Orders are binding once payment is confirmed. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to errors (e.g., pricing, stock unavailability) or suspected fraud.
Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery Areas: Island-wide in Barbados, however we cannot be held liable if a delivery cannot be caried out for one reason or another.
- Timelines: Delivery days are provided but not guaranteed. Delays due to logistics or weather are beyond our control.
- Risk of Loss: Responsibility for product/s will transfer to you upon delivery.
Returns & Refunds
- Returns Policy: Items must be returned unused, in original packaging, within 3 days of delivery.
- Refunds: Issued via the original payment method within 3 business days.
- Exclusions: Perishables, digital products.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site (logos, text, images, software) is owned by Grady Marketing Inc. & Roban Holdings Inc. and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited, including making derivative works of or duplicating any part of the site.
User Responsibilities
